To fix glowing white effect around decals in vegetation you need to add these parameters in shader and set its values to max (thanks to MrGTAmodsgerman):
Alpha Test Ref set value to 100
Alpha Scale Factor set value to 100
Alpha Test Ref set value to 100
Alpha Scale Factor set value to 100
For trees that uses shadow proxy use in ytyp values:
